When your order ships, we will notify you by e-mail and provide a tracking number for your shipment. You will be able to track your shipment on-line or by phone with the shipping company. We have several shipping options available: Small Parcel, Curbside Delivery, In-Home Delivery (Basic White Glove Delivery) and In-Home Delivery with Set-Up (Premium White Glove Delivery).

With every item you have a choice of shipping options. When ordering multiple items from different vendors it is possible that some of those items will be shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS and other items will be shipped by a different delivery method.

 Please choose the correct shipping method. For example, if you are not buying a bed but you are buying other individual items, do not click on the delivery option that offers "free with bed purchase". You will be responsible for the proper delivery charges and we will notify you by e-mail once we receive your order.  If you buy multiple items, our system will calculate the shipping amount.  If your order reaches the minimum, your shipping cost will be automatically dropped to $0.00 (No Charge). .

Please be advised that we do ship  to the 48 contiguous States, If you receive an error in your order that we do not ship to your zip code, please contact us and we will amend the error.

Once you place your order, it is routed to the corresponding manufacturer and the manufacturer puts it into their system. It may take a few days for the order to clear their system and arrive at their warehouse. The order is then pulled from the warehouse and checked by a supervisor to insure the item is the correct one and that it is in good condition.

If the delivery is to be made other than by the “Small Parcel” method, a trucking company picks up the order from the manufacturer and they take it to the freight terminal closest to your address. A furniture delivery service is then called to transport the merchandise from the terminal to your home. At this time a tracking number is assigned and given to the warehouse, to us, and it is e-mailed to you. This process may take from 2 to 4 weeks provided the items are in stock. These are estimated times only. The shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Please see our estimated shipping times below.

Please make us aware of any potential complications at the time of ordering. Successful deliveries require open communication between all parties.

Small Parcel
We will use the fastest, safest, most reliable method available. Lighter items will be shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS. Depending on how close you are to the warehouse, your item will ship within 24 hours of ordering provided the item is in stock, and will arrive between 1 and 7 business days after the item leaves the warehouse.

An adult’s signature is not required upon delivery. If you want the item left at your doorstep, you may leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave the package with “no signature required”. Be sure to leave your name and tracking number on the note.

Curbside Delivery
Many items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using a Small Parcel carrier. The best option is to ship such orders using a common carrier.  You will be contacted by the shipping company to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2 to 4 hours) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Curbside Delivery means that the shipping company will deliver your order to the threshold of your home (i.e. garage or front door). If it is a commercial order, the trucking company will deliver to a loading dock.

Curbside Delivery does not include any assembly services or unpacking of items.
If the item is very large or heavy, you may need a couple of people on hand to help unload it. If you decide to change your delivery option once you have the tracking number, you can contact the shipping company directly to get additional services and you will be responsible to pay them directly for any additional charges.

It is extremely important to remember when using the curbside delivery option that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason at all to suspect damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This is required in order file a claim with the shipper.


In-Home Delivery (Basic White Glove Service)
With our In-Home Delivery option, a professional delivery crew will place your merchandise in the room of your choice without assembly. Please provide enough space for multiple pieces. Your order will be carried up or down up to 2 flights of stairs or a freight elevator will be used. Beyond 2 flights of stairs, when no elevator is available, there will be a $15 charge per piece/per floor. A responsible adult must be on-site during the entire delivery.

It is extremely important to remember when using the Basic White Glove delivery option that you must inspect the items at the time of delivery. If the item has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.


In-Home Delivery With Set-Up (Premium White Glove Service)
Our Premium White Glove Service provides a professional delivery crew who will place your merchandise in the room of your choice, remove the packaging material, assemble your merchandise, and dispose of the packaging debris. Please provide enough space for multiple pieces. Your order will be carried up or down up to 2 flights of stairs or a freight elevator will be used. Beyond 2 flights of stairs, when no elevator is available, there will be a $15 charge per piece/per floor. A responsible adult must be on-site during the entire delivery.
"White Glove Delivery Service” includes up to 45 minutes of set-up, which is enough to complete most standard deliveries. Large deliveries or those associated with certain bunk beds or loft beds may require additional assembly time.
Please note that the delivery crew will not hang pictures or mirrors on the walls or ceilings, hang chandeliers, or assemble any items with electricity. The placement of shelves is the customer’s responsibility. You may choose to complete the set-up on your own or pay an additional fee directly to the delivery company.

Estimated Shipping Times
"Usually ships in" is an estimate of when the product generally ships from the manufacturer, based on our past experience. This time may vary depending on the delivery company, delivery option, stock availability, or production schedules which can change without notice.
“In-Home Delivery” can take up to 4 weeks.
“In-Home Delivery With Setup” is the longest delivery period since the procedure is more involved and more time consuming. It can take up to 16 weeks for an order to get to you. This is true for any company that offers this type of service.
Please note that we have made the best and most cost effective White Glove Delivery Services available to you without adding unnecessary options, thus keeping your costs to the minimum.
